Wild swimming
Wild swimming improves circulation, boosts the immune system and generally makes us feel amazing. It’s certainly more refreshing than a cup of coffee in the morning and it makes you feel properly alive.
Whether or not our rivers are clean enough to swim in is an issue – but it shouldn’t be. To help protect our waters and keep them safe enough for both us to enjoy but more importantly, the wildlife we depend on to thrive, you can become a Citizen Scientist or support the work of The Rivers Trust
